Vaccination Requirements
Cats: Rabies, Distemper
Dogs: Rabies, Distemper, Bordetella
* Not all veterinarians give Bordetella vaccinations routinely - be sure to double check before sending paperwork!*
* Collar tags will not suffice as proof.
If your pet has never received any of the above vaccinations, we require these vaccinations are given at least ONE week prior to the stay.
We recommend updating any vaccination TWO weeks before its expiration date to ensure the best immune protection before bringing them to a boarding facility.
Please remember that some vaccinations are not always 100% effective, therefore, a virus can still be passed around! However, we are very diligent about disinfecting our kennels and constantly cleaning up after the animals to keep risk down further.
We require to bring your own dog/cat food. Switching food can cause upset stomach in pets, which can lead to messes and an overall poor experience for your pet while they board with us. We want their time here to be as comfortable and fun as possible.
Owners are encouraged to leave large fabric dog beds at home. These items often get soiled/torn up and are unable to washed, so they must be thrown away. We will provide thick comforters for any dogs in need of them as long as they do not chew up the bedding.
1 dog $26.00/day 1 cat $23.00/day
Each additional dog $23.00 Each additional cat $20.00
per one kennel per one kennel
Daycare: $20/day for the first dog, each additional $16.00
$17/day for the first cat, each additional $14.00
For Their Safety puppies should have their entire series of vaccines given before coming for daycare (usually done by 4 months old - discuss with your vet before making a reservation!)
Drop-off day is a full day charge. If you’re a newcomer, consider bringing your pet well before we close, so your pet has a chance to acclimate to the facility and we have a chance to learn about and bond with your pet. The latest drop-off is 3:00 pm. Upon going home, check out time is 10:00 am. If picked up any time after, a full day charge is applied.
Reserving the large canine suite: An additional $10/day + a $50 one-time Cleaning Fee
Reserving the large feline suite: An additional $10/day + a $50 one-time Cleaning Fee
Reserving the small doggy door kennels: An additional $5/day.
Extended Stays of 3 weeks or more receive 10% discount.
Grooming while boarding: We can send your pup home fresh and clean from his or her visit, by appointment. Please schedule at least TWO weeks in advance. Your dog will receive one free day of boarding if groomed during visit of 2 or more days as long as the grooming appointment is scheduled AHEAD of time. Same day requests will not receive the discount due to high volume of grooming appointments. However, if you would still like to get your pup in for a groom during their stay, we will do our best to fit them in!
Dog Walking: If you would like your dog(s) walked during their stay we would love to have our certified dog trainer accommodate that request when she can. Please note that appropriate walking gear will be required for dog walks. This means a proper fitted harness, collar, or head halter, as well as a nice leash. Some dogs can walk fine on their collars, but our trainer does recommend a harness or head halter for walks. Dogs who pull and choke themselves will not be able to walk on their collars and will require different gear for walking. Pleas DO NOT bring any frayed leashes, prong collars, slip leads (AKA Choke Chains), Training Collars (AKA Shock Collars), or retractable leashes for dog walks. If our trainer does not approve of the gear provided, she will use her own gear, at which an equipment rental fee will be applied to the cost of the walk. Dog walks are $20 for an approximately 2 mile walk.
Male Dog Policy: We no longer accept male dogs who have not been neutered past when your vet recommends neutering for the breed of your dog. Special acceptations may be considered for senior/sick dogs with a vet note so long as the dog shows no signs of aggression towards people or other dogs. Call our office if you have any questions regarding this policy!
Extensive feeding schedules, medication schedules or extremely destructive visitors may be charged an extra fee. Feeding and administering medications is currently free. However; on a case-by-case basis, an extra fee in the form of automatic gratuity may apply to those that cause staff to spend a significant amount of time prepping meals or administering medications or treatments. An extra fee may also be applied to dogs that destroy property or cause a mess in which the staff invests a significant amount of extra time and effort to correct.
Cancellation Policy: Only applicable during holidays and other busy times. A deposit invoice will be sent to you when your reservation is accepted for 25% of the scheduled stay. That 25% payment is non-refundable if we do not receive a cancellation call 1 week prior to the scheduled stay or if you do not show up at all.
