VACCINATION REQUIREMENTS
(We're sorry, collar tags will not suffice as proof of Rabies vaccinations)
Cats: Rabies, Distemper
Dogs: Rabies, Distemper, 6 month Bordetella
Please note: not all veterinarians administer Bordetella vaccinations routinely/every 6 months; be sure to double check
If your pet has never received any of the above vaccinations, we require these vaccinations are given at least ONE week prior to their stay with us. Two is even better to ensure your pet's best immune response before bringing them to a boarding facility.
Please remember that some vaccinations are not always 100% effective (think the flu shot with humans), therefore a virus can still be passed around! However, we are very diligent about disinfecting our kennels and whole facility to keep the risk down further.

We require bringing your pet's own food. Switching foods can cause gastrointestinal upset which can lead to messes and an overall poor experience for your pet(s) while they board with us. We want their time here to be as comfortable and fun as possible.
Large bags of food cannot be stored appropriately, so we ask that large amounts of food are brought in sealable containers to keep it fresh and dry.
We encourage owners to leave large fabric beds at home. These items often become soiled or torn up and are unable to be properly washed, so they must be thrown away--unless you're aware and okay with that. Otherwise, we can provide thick comforters as long as there isn't a chewing history with your dog.

CHARGES: Drop-off day is a full day charge. If you’re new, consider bringing your pet well before we close, so your pet has a chance to acclimate to the facility and we have a chance to learn about and bond with your pet. The latest drop-off is 3:00 p.m.
Upon going home, check out time is 10:00 a.m. If picked up any time after, a full day charge is applied.

DOGGIE DOOR SPACES (small dogs only): An additional $5/day.
EXTENDED STAYS: Three weeks or more receive 10% discount.
GROOMING WHILE BOARDING: We can send your pup home fresh and clean from his or her visit, by appointment. Please schedule at least TWO weeks in advance. Your dog will receive one free day of boarding if groomed during visit of 2 or more days as long as the grooming appointment is scheduled ahead of time. Same day requests will not receive the discount due to high volume of grooming appointments. However, if you would still like to get your pup in for a groom during their stay, we will do our best to fit them in!

INTACT MALES: We no longer accept intact males. Special considerations may be made for senior or chronically/terminally ill dogs with a note from your veterinarian, as long as said dogs do not show signs of aggression toward people or other dogs. Call our office with any questions regarding this policy.
FEES: Extensive food prep and/or feeding or medication schedules may be charged an additional fee.
Destructive dogs will result in financial reimbursement to the extent of damage done by said dog(s).

CANCELLATION POLICY: (Only applicable during holidays and other busy seasons) A 25% deposit will be required. An invoice will be sent to you upon scheduling. The deposit is non-refundable if we do not receive a cancelation request at least 1 week prior to the scheduled stay or we receive no notice at all.
